Fire Force Season 3 was announced back in May 2022 and recently David Production released a Fire Force Season 3 trailer. During Anime Expo 2024 David Production revealed that this third season will be a split-cour. They will release the first cour in April 2025 and then the second in January 2026. This third season will be the final season.
David Production will return for the third season, much to the delight of fans. Director Tatsuma Minamikawa and Hideyuki Morioka are returning to the production staff as well.

About Fire Force
Manga
Fire Force is a manga written and illustrated by Atsushi Ohkubo. Kodansha serialized the manga and released it in 2015. Finally, Kodansha released the final volume in February 2022.
In 2021, the 45th Kodansha Manga Awards nominated the manga in the Shonen category.

Anime Adaptation
Studio David Production announced the anime adaptation in November 2018. David Production is known for producing JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, the Urusei Yatsura remake, and Undead Unluck.
The original Director of the initial season was Yuki Yase. Some notable anime he worked on are the original White Album and a couple Monogatari seasons.
David Production announced the second season of Fire Force in December 2019, and then they released it in July 2020. Director Tatsuma Minamikawa replaced Yuki Yase for this season. He has worked on some episodes of Attack on Titan, Gintama and Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure.

You are able to stream Fire Force Seasons 1 and 2 on Crunchyroll. As they did announce season 3, we can assume that Fire Force Season 3 will also be available to stream on their platform.
My Thoughts on Fire Force
I have not yet watched or read Fire Force, although fans frequently recommend it in forums of action and shonen genres. I was unaware that the manga concluded some time ago, and I am now considering giving it a try. However, given that the manga spans approximately 300 chapters, I may opt to start with the anime adaptation instead.
